The fundamentals of polymetrical analysis being a universal system of
 formalization analysis and synthesis of knowledge are presented. The basic
 element of this method is a constructive theory of variable measure; it may
 be represented as a synthesized formalization of N. R Campbell
 s conception
 concerning the basic and derivative measurements and E. Harris
 s conception
 of the science being a polyphasic system. It is shown that polymetrical method
 can also be regarded as an expansion of the quantum mechanical method to
 all science as well
