Summary:Within the models of effective masses and rectangular potentials models using the S- matrix method there have been obtained the electron and hole quasi stationary spectra in an open spherical quantum dot. Within the model of two- well closed spherical quantum dot there have been obtained the stationary spectra of electrons and holes as well as the size of outer well at which the resonance energies of the respective quasiparticles with a required exactness coincide with the solutions of the previous problem. The obtained set of wave functions for the two- well closed spherical quantum dot have been taken as the mathematical base for the calculation of electron spectrum renormalized due to the interaction with phonons in an open spherical quantum dot. The numeric calculations of the ground state renormalization have been performed for the HgS/ CdS /HgS /CdS nano system at T=0" K. The obtained results for the renormalized resonance energies are physically correct and satisfy the limit conditions.
