Анатомическая перестройка сосочковых мышц и стенок желудочков в области их отхождения при коарктации аорты

Проведено вивчення товщин стінок лівого і правого шлуночків сердець дітей в місці відходження
 соскоподібних м’язів, а також морфометричних параметрів соскоподібних м’язів лівого і правого передсердно-
 шлуночкових клапанів в препаратах звичайно сформованих сердець та при коарктації аорти. Коарктація
 аорти по преддуктальному типу супроводжувалася потовщенням стінки правого шлуночка в місці відходження
 соскоподібних м’язів (р<0,05), товщина стінок лівого шлуночка не відрізнялась від норми (р>0,05). При
 коарктації аорти по постдуктальному типу спостерігалось потовщення стінок лівого шлуночка в місці
 відходження соскоподібних м’язів (р<0,05), тоді як потовщення стінок правого шлуночка виявлено не було
 (р>0,05). Встановлено взаємозв’язок між шириною і товщиною соскоподібних м’язів та морфометричними
 параметрами товщини стінки відповідного шлуночка серця. We have studied the thickness of walls of children’s left and right heart ventricles in the off-come location of the
 papillary muscles and investigated the morphometric data of the papillary muscles of the left and right atria-ventricular
 valves in anatomical specimens of normally formed hearts and in cases of the aorta coarctation. Aorta coarctation
 of the predduktal type was accompanied by an increase of the wall thickness of the right ventricle in the off-come
 location of the papillary muscles (р<0.05); the wall thickness of the left ventricle did not differ from the values of
 normal hearts (р>0.05). At the aorta coarctation of the postduktal type, thickening of the walls of the left ventricle in
 the off-come location of the papillary muscles was observed (р<0.05), whereas wall thickenings of the right ventricle
 was not revealed (р>0.05). We have established the interrelation between the width and thickness of the papillary
 muscles and the morphometric parameters of the wall thickness of the corresponding ventricle of the heart.
