Електрофізичні характеристики композитних матеріалів ПВДФ–CuS/CdS та ПВДФ–Cu₂S/CdS
Досліджено електрофізичні властивості в надвисокочастотному діапазоні та на низьких частотах полімерних нанокомпозитів на основі CuS/CdS і Cu₂S/CdS, синтезованих методом йонного заміщення у нановолокнах CdS з об’ємним вмістом CuS й Cu₂S від 0,015 до 0,15 в інтервалі температур 320–420 К.
