Фотокаталитическое формирование наногетероструктур ZnO/Ag₂S
В работе получены наноструктуры ZnO/Ag₂S путём фотохимического
 осаждения сульфида серебра на наночастицах оксида цинка в присутствии ионов серебра и элементарной серы. Показано, что частицы Ag₂S в
 составе композита формируют фазу моноклинной модификации сульфида
 серебра...
