The article examines and defines the main theoretical approaches of interaction of subjects of social responsibility. Business, government and society requires developing the system of relationships where each party assumes responsibility for the quality performance of their duties, solutions to common problems, creates a space of trust, mutual respect and provides each party new development opportunities. System of relations of subjects of social responsibility is based on the fact that the business takes responsibility for solving social problems, ensuring decent working conditions, the state initiates and provides benefits for socially responsible companies, improving the economic condition of the country and its image on the international level, but the implementation of all provisions of social and responsibility of each party receiving its benefits is possible only if there is a responsible person who will become the basis for implementing the theories of social responsibility in society and the formation of socially responsible state. The analysis of existent preconditions for establishing social responsibility on the basis of an expert survey. The author's model of interaction of subjects of social responsibility. Social responsibility as a social phenomenon characterizes the quality of social relations, their stability, stability and direction, which is particularly valuable in situations of rapid change, instability. Social responsibility in the interaction acts together actors in the national and global society: from the individual, the individual to society, business, government, and as a result - of humanity as a whole. All aspects of social responsibility are interdependent and form one single space.
