Investigation of the ceramic windows used in linear electron accelerators of the NSC KIPT
The results of investigations of HF windows on the basis of ceramic cones (CC) from klystrons KIU-12АM are presented. Phenomena of “locking” of the windows and stationary shining of CC are studied.
