Влияние циклических деформаций на электрофизические характеристики поликристаллических пленок (Bi0,3Sb0,7)2Te3
Исследованы тензорезистивные свойства поликристаллических пленок (Bi0,3Sb0,7)2Te3 при статических и циклических деформациях. Показано, что линейный участок ВАХ по напряжению (0; 5) В в результате действия N = 5•10^5 циклов деформаций расширяется до (0; 12) В, а ТКС – изменяется от α = –5,6•10^–3 K^–...
