Hydrogen behavior in bimetallic systems:permeation through thin metal films
The hydrogen permeation performances are presented for micron Mo, Ti, Nb, Zr, Cr, Ni, Cu, CuPd, TiN, and stainless steel films deposited on palladium from arc sputtered cathodes.
