У статті перевіряється адекватність теоретичної концепції трансакційних витрат, які застосовано до досліджень ринку праці України, на основі даних, отриманих під час опиту економічно активного населення у 2008 році. На основі пропозицій методології виміру та оцінки трансакційних витрат проведено аналіз даних опитування, який свідчить про неефективність інституційної структури ринку праці та зайнятості в Україні.
В статье проверяется адекватность теоретической концепции трансакционных затрат, применительно к исследованиям рынка труда Украины, на основе данных, полученных в ходе опроса экономически активного населения в 2008 году. На основе предложенной методологии измерения и оценки трансакционных затрат проведено анализ данных опроса, который свидетельствует о неэффективности институциональной структуры рынка труда и занятости в Украине.
The authors examine the adequacy of the theoretical concept of transaction costs for the study of processes in the labor market in Ukraine. This used data obtained during a special survey of labor force in 2008. Refinement of the theoretical position of this research is based on analysis of data from the world’s questions made it possible to justify the approaches to the separation of transformation and transaction costs, to identify components of transaction costs of labor turnover in the labor market. Statistical processing of survey results shows: A negative symmetry between informal employment and the level of employment income, do not have sufficient knowledge of respondents about future employment and low interest in such knowledge, reasonable conclusion about the low culture of engagement, as from labor, and with by entrepreneurs. Proved unwarranted poor performance instruments protecting human rights in the workplace, their lack of institutional level and wide spread of preparedness opportunist behavior. Determine the validity of transaction costs in the process of working potential: in Ukraine as a whole - 10.8%, while in Kyiv -11.1% of the annual volume of GVA. Estimates of the total transaction costs such labor market - they are excessive and hinder the effective use of resources. Such an assessment level of transaction costs along with labor market data for specific employment shows a lack of efficiency and even underdeveloped infrastructure and institutional support for all components of labor turnover.
