В статье раскрыто значение понятия капитал, приведена классификация капитала по некоторым критериям, приведены основные принципы на которых основывается система управлением капиталом предприятия, описаны критерии определения оптимальной структуры собственного и заемного капитала Ключевые слова: заемный капитал, капитал, оборотный капитал, основной капитал, привлеченный капитал, производительный капитал, собственный капитал, спекулятивный капитал, управление капиталом. У статті розкрито значення поняття капітал, наведено класифікацію капіталу за деякими критеріями, наведені основні принципи на яких базується система управлінням капіталом підприємства, описані критерії визначення оптимальної структури власного і позикового капіталу. Ключові слова: власний капітал, залучений капітал, капітал, оборотний капітал, основний капітал, позиковий капітал, продуктивний капітал, спекулятивний капітал, управління капіталом. The article is devoted to the problems of systematic approaches to the management of capital and the development of effective money management system, the application to the current economic conditions. In the article the concept of capital, given its basic classification for some parameters. The optimal capital structure involves a combination of own and borrowed, borrowed capital, which ensures maximum market valuation of capital. Money management businesses includes the following subsystems: -Management of their own capital, generated from both internal and external research sources ¬; -Management of borrowed capital, attracted by the use of such internal use ¬ sources as contributions from members, the issue of shares, etc.; -Manages its debt (banking, commercial loans, bond issues, etc.); - Optimization of the capital structure. The optimal structure of equity and debt can be determined by the following criteria: 1. value of the share capital shall comply with applicable laws; 2. a sufficient amount of equity, which will provide financial stability of the enterprise, which will ensure the financial stability of the company; 3. the ratio of debt to equity should be the optimal value of a specific strategy and financial capabilities. Thus, having the knowledge and ability to apply in practice the mechanism of capital management company may form its rational structure, ie to create conditions for a more efficient production and development company.
