Розглядаються питання антикризового менеджменту вітчизняними промисловими підприємствами в кризових умова. Представлені комплекси заходів інноваційного та традиційного характеру управління. Рассматриваются вопросы антикризисного менеджмента отечественных промышленных предприятий в кризисных условиях. Представлены комплексы мероприятий инновационного и традиционного характера управления. Effectiveness of a large number of industries around the world decreases. The growing effects of turbulence leads to destabilization of the economic processes at all levels. However, new conditions of growing uncertainty pushing management companies to develop adequate methods of crisis management. We have presented an assessment of crisis management and developed a set of measures using the most effective of the proposed tools for removing national companies of crisis.The work reveals that the shipbuilding crisis management now in the implementation of systems of traditional or innovative character. Selecting management in the development of anti-crisis program could be achieved based on conventional approaches which stabilize the operation of shipbuilding company. Choosing an innovative direction will develop a strategy that aims to not only stabilize but also to take advantage of the opportunities that open up to the company during the crisis. However, this requires greater financial resources. One of the main components to exit the company is timely and well thought-out financial policy management. The complex financial recovery tools can overcome insolvency and stabilize the organization. Key words: company, crisis management, crisis, shipbuilding.
