У статті розглянуто специфічні особливості та реальний стан ринку санаторно-курортних послуг в
 АР Крим, визначено тенденції та закономірності його розвитку. Серед основних тенденцій виявлено тенденцію
 зменшення кількості оздоровлених і ємності ліжкового фонду підприємств санаторно-курортного
 комплексу, що обумовлене низьким рівнем доходів населення при порівняно високій вартості санаторно-
 курортного; сезонністю функціонування підприємств; кращим співвідношенням ціни і якості
 європейських курортів порівняно до вітчизняних курортів, що вплинуло на збільшення кількості
 подорожей вітчизняними туристами за кордон та, відповідно, знизило показник внутрішнього туризму.
 Ключові слова: ринок санаторно-курортних послуг, курорт, туризм, споживач, завантаженість. В статье рассмотрены специфические особенности и реальное состояние рынка
 санаторно-курортных услуг АР Крым, исследованы тенденции и закономерности его развития. Среди
 основных тенденций выделено: снижение количества оздоровленных и емкости коечного фонда
 предприятий санаторно-курортного комплекса, что обусловлено низким уровнем доходов населения при
 сравнительно высокой стоимости санаторно-курортного лечения, сезонностью функционирования
 предприятий, наиболее оптимальным соотношением цены и качества европейских курортов в сравнении
 с отечественными курортами, что, в совокупности, повлияло на увеличение количества путешествий
 отечественных туристов за рубеж и, соответственно, снизило показатель внутреннего туризма.
 Ключевые слова: рынок санаторно-курортных услуг, курорт, туризм, потребитель, заполняемость. The article considers the health resort services market, its essence and specifics in accordance with
 economical laws.
 Current multifunctioned system of the health resort service is submitted, types of health resort enterprises are
 marked. The dynamics of number of people brought into a healthy state and bed capacity of the health resort enterprises
 complex of the AR Crimea are analyzed.
 The irregularity in the distribution of the health resort enterprises within the territory of the Crimea and
 difference in efficiency of bed capacity usage and middle occupancy rate are ascertained. The health resort
 regions with positive dynamics by submitted rates are defined.
 It is defined that evident leaders among the enterprises of small and average capacity, working mainly
 seasonally are absent in the health resort services market of the AR Crimea .
 Adverse trend of enterprises functioning of the health resort enterprises complex of the AR Crimea is phasedown
 period of stay of one holiday-maker. The major users of health resort service are citizens of the Ukraine.
 Small part of foreign users is consequence of negative reputation of native resorts in the context of comfortable
 stay and service.
 The causes of index lowering of domestic tourism are defined, in particular, low income of population to the
 high cost.
 Consequently, analytical analysis allowed to define (to describe) the current state of the health resort services
 market of the AR Crimea and marked its major development trend, such as:quantity reduction of people brought
 into a healthy state and bed capacity of the health resort enterprises complex , that are caused by low income of
 population to the high cost of health resort treatment, seasonal work of enterprises, best quality to price ratio of
 European resorts in comparison with domestic resorts, what as a whole influenced on increase of quantity of
 domestic tourist travelling abroad and, accordingly, lowered the index domestic tourism.
