У статті аналізуються основні процеси державного регулювання в системі чинників конкурентоспроможності. Досліджено поняття конкуренції та конкурентоспроможності. Обґрунтований комплексний підхід щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності України. В статье анализируются основные процессы государственного регулирования в системе факторов конкурентоспособности. Исследовано понятие конкуренции и конкурентоспособности. Обосновывается комплексный подход повышения конкурентоспособности Украины. The main processes of state regulation competitive system are analyzed in the article. To achieve the main goal are established the conseptional points of competitive recovery, based on the existing concepts of national and foreign experts and to adapt these to contemporary ukrainian realities. The offered by primeminister Azarov ways of government regulation need theoretical ground of administration of competitive principles of state economy and the understanding of prospects for further economic system development. It has been proved, the administration of competitive changes of Ukrainian economy is complicated theoretical and practical problem, which cannot be solved only with some economical operations on the government*s side. Depending on the kind of objects, the competitiveness can be state, branch, manufacture, article or service. It is proposed the complex model of competitive recovery, which should establish macro- and microeconomic stabilization. The phased changes are connected with the development of informational postindustrial society, increasing the export potential, an effective institutional environment, which provides effective gear of competitive recovery on the all levels of state regulations and reasonable strategy of regulation of stable competitive position of the state, some regions, economical branches. The positive economical changes and transit to innovative economy stage on the new level can be possible thanks to gradual development and establishment of informational society, support of present and forming of new clusters, considered export-oriented policy, considering international standards and rules, creation of productive conditions for export-domestic development in the country and providing the high rate of it.
