В статті розкривається сутність підходів механізму грошово–кредитної політики, також
 розглядається склад цього механізму. Визначаються інструменти і цілі грошово–кредитної політики в
 економіці України. Наведено теоретичне обґрунтування проблем регулювання в цій сфері. В статье раскрывается сущность подходов механизма денежно–кредитной политики,
 также рассматривается состав этого механизма. Определяются инструменты и цели денежно–
 кредитной политики в экономике Украины. Приведено теоретическое обоснование проблем
 регулирования в этой сфере. The article reveals the essence of the approach mechanism of monetary policy is also considered part

 Monetary authorities is one of the instruments of state macroeconomic policy. It is through the development and
 implementation of monetary policy of the central bank. Monetary policy – a set of interconnected to achieve
 certain goals towards regulating money market conducted by the state through its central bank. Often referred to
 as monetary or monetary, policy.
 State regulation of the economy through monetary instruments is influenced by the quantity and the price loan
 capital, so that, in accordance with the objectives of economic policy to influence the supply and use of credit
 mechanisms in the economy. Almost all the instruments of monetary policy have an indirect and total impact on
 the economy. The gap in time between the use of an instrument of monetary policy and its effect is long enough,
 besides the quantitative results of application of these tools is difficult to preliminary estimates.
 The Central Bank as the main organ of state regulation of the economy within its authority has a set of measures
 aimed at achieving the objectives of monetary policy, which is usually the same in most countries. Therefore, the
 mechanism of the monetary policy of the central bank involves primarily impact on the lending activities of
 commercial banks.
