расположения, развитость социально–трудовых отношений в коллективе. В ходе исследования автор
пришел к выводу, что структура и источники доходов во многом объективно обусловлены также
системой государственного устройства и эффективностью экономики страны. Эти факторы
определяют направления экономической политики в целом, и политики доходов в частности.
У статті розглядаються питання регулювання доходів населення в процесі формування
соціально орієнтованої ринкової економіки – найважливішого показника рівня життя населення.
Актуальність проблеми полягає і в тому , що доходи населення також відображають стан та
ефективність економіки , зрілість економічних відносин у суспільстві в цілому. Автор вивчає фактори,
що впливають на формування доходів населення , це і фактори, що залежать від самої людини, її
ставлення до праці , його освітнього , професійного і трудового потенціалу , а також форма власності
підприємства , його організаційно – правова форма , галузь , до складу якої входить підприємство , місце
його розташування , розвиненість соціально – трудових відносин у колективі . У ході дослідження автор
дійшов висновку , що структура і джерела доходів багато в чому об'єктивно обумовлені також
системою державного устрою та ефективністю економіки країни. Ці фактори визначають напрями
економічної політики в цілому , і політики доходів зокрема.
The article deals with the regulation of incomes of the population in the process of formation of a
socially oriented market economy – the most important indicator of the standard of living of the population.
Urgency of the problem lies in the fact that the income of the population and show the status and performance of
the economy , the maturity of economic relations in the society as a whole. The author examines the factors
affecting the formation of income, and it factors depending on the person, his attitude toward work and his
educational, vocational and employment potential, as well as ownership of enterprise, its legal form , the
industry , which includes enterprise , its location , development of social and labor relations in the collective. In
the study, the author came to the conclusion that the structure and sources of income is largely due to an
objective system and the state system and the efficiency of the economy. These factors determine the direction of
economic policy in general, and incomes policy in particular. The article points out that the process of formation
and use of proceeds of the population at each stage of social development has its own characteristics . Compares
the Ukrainian system with the systems of other developed countries. Incomes policy author divides into two
periods , and analyzes each. These statistics in the study showed that the income structure of the population of
Ukraine greatest share of income in the form of wages . At the same time , a growing share of income from
business or property. According to the results of studying the problem , the author gives some recommendations
that , in his opinion , will be able to improve the conditions of the formation of the social economy in Ukraine
incomes policy as one of the most important indicators of economic development of the country. According to the
author needs a more flexible system of regulation of wages in the country, the inflation rate and the rate of
implementation of social objectives. It is also necessary to maintain the optimal ratio between the incomes of the
active population and disabled citizens . It would be useful also to enhance the role of the minimum wage , as a
regulatory and corrective tool. At the moment, the government formally establishes the minimum wage .
However , in order to increase the incentive role of wages, its size , to a greater extent be linked to the minimum
consumer basket . As a result, will increase the social role of the minimum wage in the regulation of wages and
various social benefits.
