Розглянуто теоретичні та практичні аспекти різноманітних підходів до оцінки та аналізу основних виробничих фондів підприємств. Розкрито поняття "фізичний, моральний знос". Проаналізовано методи оцінки вартості основних виробничих засобів підприємств. Обґрунтовано необхідність використання єдиного підходу до оцінки та аналізу основних виробничих фондів. Запропоновано шляхи вирішення цієї проблеми.
Рассмотрены теоретические и практические аспекты разнообразных подходов к оценке и анализу основных производственных фондов предприятий. Раскрыто понятия "физический, моральный износ". Проанализировано методы оценки стоимости основных производственных средств предприятий. Обоснована необходимость использования единого подхода к оценке и анализу основных производственных фондов. Предложены пути решения этой проблемы.
The theoretical and practical aspects of the various approaches to the evaluation and analysis of fixed assets of enterprises. Discloses the concept of "physical, moral deterioration." The methods of valuation of fixed assets of enterprises. The necessity of a common approach to the assessment and analysis of fixed assets. The ways of solving this problem. The existence of different approaches to valuation and amortization of fixed assets allows companies recently comprehensively analyze them using in practice the most rational methods and techniques. Under the influence of time and environmental factors in the direct use of the basic means of gradually wear out. They lose their original physical qualities, reduced their technical and operational capabilities as a result of declining real book value of fixed assets. Integration is necessary assessment of wear of fixed assets of enterprises, which takes into account of the development of their use for life. Became a crucial question about the identification and implementation of a common approach to the assessment, analysis and synthesis of the fixed assets of enterprises. But even the basic functional component precious assets of enterprises has several approaches to its assessment. Functions that perform depreciation of fixed assets are also considered from several perspectives. Various approaches to upgrading of the national economy encourage differences in approaches to assessing the economic situation of fixed assets. Optimization methods for assessment and analysis of fixed assets can only be based on industry sector and technology specific factory production.
