Ефективність виробництва є ключовим поняттям в економічній теорії та практиці.
 Залежно від її розміру формується стратегія та оперативна діяльність підприємств. В той самий час
 сама ефективність складається з щоденних результатів діяльності. В статті проаналізовано
 особливості та ефективність виробництва овочів в підприємствах з виробництва овочів у відкритому
 та захищеному ґрунті. На основі проведеного аналізу розроблені шляхи підвищення ефективності для
 обох типів вирощування овочів. Эффективность производства является ключевым понятием в экономической теории и
 практике. В зависимости от ее величины формируется стратегия и оперативная деятельность
 предприятий. В то же время сама эффективность состоит из ежедневных результатов
 деятельности. В статье проанализированы особенности и эффективность производства овощей в
 предприятиях по производству овощей в открытом и защищенном грунте. На основе проведенного
 анализа разработаны пути повышения эффективности выращивания овощей. Production Horticulture is an indispensable element of power, providing essential health vitamins
 and microelements. Unfortunately, the past two decades vegetable producers are experiencing significant
 economic difficulties, which affects the reduction in the number and range of products. One of the primary ways
 to stabilize and improve the situation is to increase the efficiency and profitability of production and marketing
 activities of enterprise.
 Production efficiency is a key concept in economic theory and practice. Depending on its size formed strategy
 and operations of enterprises, and the resulting income is a source of further development and modernization of
 production. At the same time the efficiency and size of future revenues generated from the daily performance.
 In order to provide the population with fresh produce year-round production of vegetables is carried out both in
 the open field, and in winter greenhouses. Despite the similarity of the products, each type has a number of
 peculiarities and requires separate consideration. The paper analyzes the characteristics and efficiency of
 vegetable production in factories open and protected ground. Based on the analysis developed ways to improve
 the cultivation of vegetables.
