В статье проанализировано современное состояние теоретических положений
 функционирования логистических систем в Украине. Обозначенные проблемы, требующие решения.
 Приведенные функции и задачи основных видов логистических подсистем и средства их моделирования.
 Показано, что существуют ситуации, когда необходимо принимать решения в условиях
 неопределенности, конфликтности и неполной информации. Предложено применение расплывчатого
 метода анализа иерархий для выбора поставщика, перевозчика, представительства и склада. В статті проаналізовано сучасний стан теоретичних положень функціонування логістичних
 систем в Україні. Окреслені проблеми, які потребують вирішення. Наведені функції та задачі основних
 видів логістичних підсистем та засоби їх моделювання. Показано, що існують ситуації, коли необхідно
 приймати рішення за невизначеності, конфліктності та неповної інформації. Запропоновано
 застосування розпливчастого методу аналізу ієрархій для вибору постачальника, перевізника,
 представництва та складу. This paper analyzes the current state of theoretical positions functioning of logistics system in
 Ukraine. Operation of the logistic system of enterprise should ensure the supply of goods or raw materials,
 providing services in sufficient quantity at the right time in the right place at minimal cost. This can be achieved
 by solving the problem of logistics subsystems, among which is the purchase, sale, transport and warehouse
 logistics subsystem.
 The paper describes the major problems of logistics subsystems and tools to address them. But there are some
 limitations of methods and models in situations where decisions need to be taken under uncertainty and
 insufficient information. To overcome this problem, you can use the tools of the theory of fuzzy sets.
 The author suggested using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method for selecting supplier, carrier,
 representation and composition. This approach is effective in solving of multicriteria problems under conditions
 where difficult or impossible to obtain a quantitative assessment of the studied parameters or the process of
 obtaining these estimates requires a lot of time, effort and money. Using this model allows for the selection of
 one of multiple providers (carriers, offices or warehouses) with uncertainty when trying to quantify the selection
 criteria and weights of these criteria in the aggregated indicator.
