Статья посвящена осмыслению проблемы социокультурных изменений, вызванных
межкультурным взаимодействием. Выявлены детерминанты и механизмы межкультурного
взаимодействия на двух уровнях – национальном и этническом. Показано, что в основе взаимодействия
культур лежит противоречие между развитием и сближением контактирующих социокультурных
систем; уменьшение роли одного из компонентов приводит к перекосу в динамике процесса.
Важнейшим принципом межкультурной коммуникации является толерантное отношение к другой
культуре.
The article is devoted to understanding the problems of social and cultural changes that are caused
by cross-cultural interaction. Determinants and mechanisms of cross-cultural interaction have been identified.
It is shown that the degree of openness of the society for the perception and assimilation of other cultures is due
to the internal development of its socio-cultural system. The most important determinants of the process are: the
type of the cultural identity of the society, developed stereotypes about the image of the Other, religious
orientation of the contacting subjects, complex of values, traditions, social and political conditions, the degree of
internationalization of social life in a particular historical slice.
The process of cross-cultural interaction has been studied at the national and ethnic levels. The basic models of
international cooperation (in a multicultural world and within the multi-state) were analyzed. Interregional,
inter-religious and other forms of cross-cultural contacts have been analyzed at the ethnic level.
It is shown that the contradiction between the development and rapprochement of contacting sociocultural
systems is the basis of the interaction of cultures, diminishing the role of one of the components leads to
imbalance in the dynamics of the process. Constituted, that the most important principle of cross-cultural
communication is a tolerant attitude towards other culture
