У статті розглянуто й проаналізовано принципи оптимізації процесу навчання іноземних
 студентів української мови, а також визначено ефективні інноваційні методологічні підходи та
 інструментальні засоби, що можуть бути використані при викладанні дисципліни. Запропоновано
 досвід застосування нових інформаційних технологій, телекомунікаційних засобів. Зазначено, що
 мультимедійний підхід до навчання української мови як іноземної забезпечує комплексне навчання
 основних видів мовленнєвої діяльності. В статье изучены и проанализированы принципы оптимизации процесса обучения
 иностранных студентов украинскому языку, а также определены инновационные методологические
 подходы и средства, которые могут быть использованы при изучении дисциплины. Предложен опыт
 применения эффективных информационных технологий, телекоммуникационных средств.
 Подтверждено, что мультимедийный подход к обучению украинского языка как иностранного
 обеспечивает комплексное обучение основных видов разговорной деятельности. The article studies and analyzes the principles of optimization of the learning process of Ukrainian
 language by foreign students. It also identifies innovative methodological approaches and instruments that can
 be used in the course of studying this discipline. The experience of application of information technologies and
 the new telecommunications facilitieswas used in the article. The practical application of innovative
 methodological approaches, such as interactive teaching methods and the use of technical educational facilities
 (e.g. computer based and multimedia systems, Internet) for the control and assessment of knowledge, storing and
 utilization of teaching materials, contributes to the implementation and improvement of new working methods,
 academic process and the level of students' knowledge. It is confirmed that the multimedia approach to teaching
 Ukrainian as a foreign language provides comprehensive training for the main types of conversational activities.
 Taking into account the ongoing reform of the educational process of higher educational institutions of Ukraine
 according to the European educational quality standards, the practical aspects of implementation of modern
 technologies, approaches and methods of teaching Ukrainianas a foreign language in the educational process
 will facilitate the improvement of the quality of its teaching and learning.
