В статье с теоретико-методологической позиции аксиологии и аксиологического подхода
 выявляется и анализируется актуальное ценностное содержание смысла жизни как сущностной
 характеристики человека, его свободного самоопределения, и конституирующей основы его
 культурного бытия. При этом культура, ее конкретно-исторический тип, рассматривается в качестве
 определяемого ценностями смысложизненного проекта человеческого бытия в мире, состоятельность
 которого проявляется в существовании и развитии культуры, ее достижениях и наследии. У статті з теоретико-методологічної позиції аксіології й аксіологічного підходу
 виявляється й аналізується актуальний ціннісний зміст сенсу життя як сутнісної характеристики
 людини, її вільного самовизначення, і основи, що конституює, її культурне буття. При цьому культура,
 її конкретно-історичний тип, розглядається в якості обумовленого цінностями смисложиттєвого
 проекту людського буття у світі, спроможність якого проявляється в існуванні й розвитку культури, її
 досягненнях і спадщині. In article from a theoretical and methodological position of an axiology and axiological approach
 the actual valuable content of sense of the life as essence characteristic of the person, his free self-determination, and constituting basis of his cultural being bring to light and analyzed. The sense of human life is comprehended
 as the central philosophical and anthropological problem demanding its continuous verification. The sense of
 life is understood as the main valuable and world outlook reference point of the person integrating his
 personality, his life and defining its relation to the world. As main types of the values defining the human content
 of meaning of the life are considered: values of creativity (embodied in productive creative acts), value of
 experience (realized in emotional and existential experiences), value of the relation (which are carried out in the
 interpersonal relations of the person with the person), value of self-overcoming (values of overcoming and
 change by the person itself in those life situations when it practically can't influence their change), value of servе
 (acting as an ideal of vital serve to the personality). According to it the culture, its concrete historical type, is
 considered as the project of the actual sense of the life connected with human being in the world defined by
 values which solvency is shown in existence and cultural development, in its achievements and heritage.
