Приходит индивид к совершенствованию труда на основе развития своих задатков, способности и через меру познания природной и исторической необходимости. Сталкивается человек во время существования с выбором путей в процессе своего труда сначала между различными способами действий, а затем в целом достижении результатов. Любой труд побуждает его необходимости, и всегда требует одного - удовлетворения, а регулирующим механизмом была ответственность, свобода и духовность. Показано стремление, как можно глубже и всесторонне рассмотреть тайны личности и процессы, происходящие в современном обществе. У статті розглядається проблема свободи людини, яка включена в процес праці і незалежно від суспільно-економічних відносин приймає, бере участь і чітко виконує регулюючі функції. Детально досліджуються такі поняття як свобода, вибір і праця в житті особистості. Приходить індивід до вдосконалення праці на основі розвитку своїх задатків, здібності і через міру пізнання природного та історичного необхідності. Стикається людина під час існування з вибором шляхів у процесі своєї праці спочатку між різними способами дій, а потім в цілому досягненні результатів. Будь-яка праця спонукає його необхідності, і завжди вимагає одного - задоволення, а регулюючим механізмом була відповідальність, свобода і духовність. Показано прагнення, як можна глибше і всебічно розглянути таємниці особистості і процеси, що відбуваються в сучасному суспільстві. In article the problem of freedom of the person which is included in process of work is considered and irrespective of socioeconomic relations accepts, participates and accurately carries out regulating functions. Such concepts as freedom, a choice and work in life of the person are in detail investigated. The individual to perfection of work on the basis of development of the inclinations, ability and excessively knowledge of natural and historical necessity comes. The person faces during existence a choice of ways in the course of the work at first between various ways of actions, and then in the whole achievement of results. Any work induces its necessities, and always demands one - satisfactions, and responsibility, freedom and spirituality was the regulating mechanism. Can make a choice the person really when is in a condition of freedom. The choice of means and motives to which the individual constantly aspires, should be responsible. It is formed on the basis of the knowledge received by it, expertise, competence, moral outlook. The important role is played thus by its deep beliefs in universal values. Democracy in a society gives open space to acts, actions, possibilities to make a choice in all spheres of ability to live of the person. It is the basic advantage before other public systems, and the main condition, allowing to find freedom. In the modern perverted understanding of freedom it is meant the infinite self-justification, condemnation of all except itself, and also assumes a wide choice of useless subjects, immoral thoughts, ideas and acts. Fashionable pseudo-freedom is cynical, cold and cruel, she inherently hates the person because always aspires to finish initially reasonable individual to level of cattle. The person can not understand that freedom - is not a choice of conveniences, and to live in the Christ and with the Christ. There lives in heart of the believing person the world of thousand-year orthodox belief. This world reveals secrets of life, answers the most terrible questions, releases from slavery of lust and gives all means for finding of blissful eternity with that who has won once death. Is over what to think to the individual, doing the next time «a free choice».
