Наведено функціональну роль діагностичних і моніторингових систем в системі управління
 машинобудівним підприємством. Розкрито проблемні аспекти використання систем діагностики і
 моніторингу на підприємствах галузі. Сформульовано принципові підходи до розвитку й адаптивності
 такого типу інструментарію в управлінні машинобудівними підприємствами. Приведена функциональная роль диагностических и мониторинговых систем в системе
 управления машиностроительным предприятием. Раскрыты проблемные аспекты использования
 систем диагностики и мониторинга на предприятиях отрасли. Сформулированы принципиальные
 подходы к развитию и адаптивности данного инструментария в управлении машиностроительными
 предприятиями. The functional role of the diagnostic and monitoring systems is resulted in control system by a
 machine-building enterprise. The problem aspects of the use of the systems of diagnostics are exposed û to
 monitoring on the enterprises of industry. Of principle going is formulated near development and adaptiveness
 of such as a tool in the management of national economy machine-building enterprises. Revealed a low level of
 practical efficiency tools static nature in ensuring the effectiveness of management in terms of permanent
 changes in the business environment. The necessity for the introduction of machine-building enterprises of
 national economy diagnostic and monitoring systems as tools capable to evaluate dynamic changes of internal
 and external factors influencing the operation of the business and consider them in decision -making.
 Provides critical analysis of theoretical and methodological and methodical basis of diagnostic and monitoring
 systems and suggests some aspects of adaptability to current economic conditions, including the selection of a
 common methodology for calculating the analytical performance. Based on the award of financial and economic
 conditions and conditions of domestic machine-building enterprises inappropriate reasonably direct
 implementation and their use of diagnostic and monitoring systems developed for companies in developed
 economies. An engineering companies implement systems diagnosis and monitoring conceptual framework
 which aims to support operational management decisions oriented to ensure that both the financial and
 economic processes and the gradual formation of competitive potential.
