В статье обоснована совокупность кластерных характеристик, которые необходимо
учитывать при формировании кластеров. Базовые кластерные характеристики, независимые от
формы и состояния экономической системы, расширены прецизионными, которые учитывают
особенности кластера в трансформационной экономике Украины. Для учета условий
постиндустриального развития в блок введены усиливающие и дочерние характеристики.
Сформирована структурная схема данной совокупности характеристик кластера.
The Globalisation dominates even the trend of the national and regional economies nowadays. That
means the globalisation influences the business activities and changes the principals of business activities.
Through this increasing competition and thereby the reorientation to innovative technologies lead to the
development of integrated structures of cooperation - industry clusters.
Industry cluster are not only an effective means of economic politics but they also play a key role in improving
the competitiveness of countries or regions.
The promotion of industry cluster is very important in the Ukraine because the Ukrainian economy is in the
middle of her transformation.
Most important is the identification of the cluster characteristics and the comprehension of how these
characteristics influence the development and quality of an industry cluster. So one can decide how to promote
the development of an industry cluster by the means of influencing its characteristics.
In this article the main cluster characteristics are described which have to be taken into consideration for
improving the economy by the means of industry cluster.
The basic cluster characteristics are independent from the kind and the state of development of the surrounding
economics. This bunch of characteristics have been extended by more precise characteristics.
That makes it possible to use those characteristics for analyzing the Ukrainian developing economy. Taking in
consideration the conditions of the post-industrial world economy the cluster characteristics have been
complemented by enhancing characteristics and sub characteristics.
There have been designed a graphical diagram depicting the cluster characteristics grouped by their kind.
