Indeed, the tourism industry is one of the largest, high profitable and most dynamic sectors of the world economy. This article also addresses issues relating to the tourist destination, namely, the mechanism to ensure the tourism industry of the Russian Federation is considered. Advantages and disadvantages of internal and external tourism are also analyzed. Proposals for optimization and regulating of the financial supplement are considered. The effectiveness of financial support and its improvement is also evaluated. The factors constraining the development of the tourism industry are considered.
