Наведено статистичні дані кількості населення (наявного та постійного), народжених та померлих, природний приріст (скорочення), міграційних рух населення (у межах України, зовнішня міграція, міграційний приріст населення) в Україні за 2011-2014 рр. В статье на основе анализа сделана попутка определить реальную демографическую ситуацию в Украине. Говорится о том, что на демографическо еразвитие и качество населения существенное влияние оказывают миграционные процессы, которые в свою очередь способствуют тому, что Украина на сегодня относится к странам с високим уровнем старения населения. Приведены статистические данные численности населения (имеющегося и постоянного), родившихся и умерших, естественный прирост (сокращение), миграционных движений населения (в пределахУкраины, внешняя миграция, миграционный прирост населения) в Украине за 2011-2014 гг. On the basis of analysis done to determine the real ride to the demographic situation in Ukraine. Focuses attention on the fact that the key problems of modern demographics remain a «load» that is significant in scale premature mortality and low average life expectancy. Also said that on the demographic development and the quality of the population have a significant influence migration processes, which in turn contributed to the Ukraine today is a country with high levels of population aging. Analysis of current demographic situation in the Ukraine shows the deep demographic crisis, which reflects both the presence of huge problems in the Ukrainian economy and increasing prevalence of the diseases, which have an impact on working population. The aim of this review is revealing the main problems, reasons and underlying processes, which have led to demographic crisis, searching the ways of improving the current demographic situation, solving the main problems in health care system in the Ukraine. Stating that demographic erazvitie and quality are strongly influenced by population migration, which in turn contribute to the fact that Ukraine today is a country with an aging population of Visoko. The reasons of declining birth rate in Ukraine are revealed, the impact of the socioeconomic conditions on the processes of reproduction are analysed.
