В статье рассмотрено влияние институциональной среды на эффективность хозяйственной
 деятельности курортно-рекреационной сферы. В результате исследования было выявлено, что процесс
 эффективного развития экономических систем разного уровня и экономических отношений в санаторно-
 курортной сфере с точки зрения «Новой институциональной теории» обеспечивается как взаимодействием
 институциональных факторов, характеризуется значительными трансакционными издержками, которые
 при интеграции предприятий курортно-рекреационной сферы могут в значительной степени сократиться. У статті розглянуто вплив інституційного оточення на ефективність господарської діяльності
 курортно-рекреаційної сфери. У результаті дослідження було виявлено, що процес ефективного розвитку
 економічних систем різного рівня та економічних відносин в санаторно-курортної сфері з точки зору «Нової
 інституціональної теорії» забезпечується як взаємодією інституційних факторів, що характеризується
 значними трансакційними витратами, які при інтеграції підприємств курортно-рекреаційної сфери можуть
 значною мірою скоротитися. The article considers the influence of the institutional environment on the efficiency of economic activities
 of the resort and recreational areas.
 The study revealed that the process of effective development of economic systems at different levels and economic
 relations in the sanatorium sphere from the point of view of the "new institutional theory" is provided as an interaction
 of institutional factors, characterized by significant transaction costs, which when integrated enterprises resort and
 recreational areas can greatly reduced.
 Organization is always a institutionalism in economic relations between the agents selected by the hierarchical
 structure and incentive mechanisms, as well as the rules of internal changes. Impossible to analyze the organization,
 without taking into account the institutional components and mechanisms that connect market participants with each
 other.
 The process of effective development of economic systems and different levels of economic relations in the resort sphere
 from the point of view of the "new institutional theory" is provided as an interaction of institutional factors, and due to
 their functional and structural characteristics, that is characterized by significant transaction costs, which when
 integrated enterprises resort-recreational sector may disappear completely or largely reduced.
 Promising direction of further research will be the development of methods to determine their influence on the
 institutional environment of the activity of enterprises of resort and recreational areas.
