Поэтому в этой статье представлена попытка рассмотреть некоторые ценностные аспекты свобод, которые имеет человек на сегодня, и как эти свободы и права рассматривались в прошлом. Питання свободи, індивідуальної незалежності завжди були серед перших та найважливіших для людини. Необхідність відвоювати її для себе помітна у всіх можливих проявах людського розуму. Але добуті свободи та права доволі часто можуть бути зайвими для людини, яка не може зрозуміти навіщо вони їй потрібні. Тому у цій статті зроблена спроба проаналізувати деякі цінностні аспекти свобод, що має людина на сьогоднішній день, та як ці свободи і права були розглянуті у минулому. The question of freedom, individual independence always was one of the most important for humanity. We understand that these rights reconquered from society for each person individually. Nevertheless, the most great and powerful historical persons can give a great help to other people in this fight for individual freedom, as it was in ancient Greece or in Renaissance. As we see in modern history, some can’t use the rights, which were reached during last centuries. We understand that for us is necessary to be original, to be something different from others, that we have a right to be an individual. However, we see that people in their wish to be something different become so same, that even cannot recognize it in own intentions. So now is time of questioning: “What rights do we deserve? Moreover, do we deserve them at all? Can we hold all the consequences of our freedoms?”. In the ancient world there were a reasonable attitude to individual freedom – in extreme cases they choose a tyrant, who could organize social, political and military life under his own control. Now, we can find marks of this position in president’s rule, but mostly it still only de jure. Some of classic representatives of philosophy and literature have same point of view. Especially it was brightly shown in works of Aristotle, Dostoevsky’s novels. In this article there is try to give an explanation of three most important aspect of individual freedom. Then, when they are explored, we tried to find there real representation, usefulness and cost. Unfortunately, we can’t give a non-tendentious opinion to this question.
