В статье рассмотрен один из главных способов снижения себестоимости продукции.
 Выявлена взаимосвязь факторов, оказывающих влияние на снижение себестоимости и повышение
 производительности труда. Определены главные резервы снижения себестоимости за счет роста
 производительности труда предприятия. У статті розглянут один із головних способів зниження собівартості продукції. Виявлен
 взаємозв'язок факторів, що впливають на зниження собівартості та підвищення продуктивності праці.
 Визначені головні резерви зниження собівартості за рахунок зростання продуктивності праці
 підприємства. The article describes one of the main ways to reduce production costs. Found that the reduction of
 production costs due to the increase in labor productivity is an important factor in increasing the
 competitiveness and efficiency of the organization, as This reduces the cost of the enterprise and increase the
 production. Found the correlation between the factors affecting the cost reduction and increase in labor
 productivity. Recommended various measures to reduce production costs. Determined that a powerful source of
 cost reduction is a periodic analysis of economic activities of the organization in order to find reserves increase
 productivity by improving the technology and processes used in production; rationalize the organizational
 structure, staffing, management and responsibilities; training performers at all levels and their interest in the
 results of their work as well as personal responsibility; an effective system of incentives for employees, both
 moral and material; eliminating unnecessary costs by competent business organization in the workplace.
