У статті розглянуто державне антикризове управління та визначено спеціальні вимог, які
 ставляться до державного управління у зв’язку з виникненням криз. Автором розроблено концептуальну
 схему механізму управління соціально-економічною системою. Зроблено висновки щодо необхідності
 розробки спеціальних комплексних програм, що дасть можливість подолати широке коле проблем, що
 вимикають внаслідок функціонування економічних криз. В статье рассмотрено государственное антикризисное управление и определены
 специальные требования, предъявляемые к государственному управлению в связи с возникновением
 кризисов. Автором разработана концептуальная схема механизма управления социально-экономической
 системой. Сделаны выводы о необходимости разработки специальных комплексных программ, что
 позволит преодолеть широкий круг проблем, возникающих в результате развития экономических
 кризисов. The article deals with public crisis management and defines the specific requirements for public
 administration in connection with the emergence of crises.
 It is proved that the crisis produced a cyclical process. Thus, the observed pattern of crises in the economy.
 Cycles, depending on the period proposed to be classified according to known methods of foreign and domestic
 scientists.
 The state control of the economy provides direct interference of the executive power in the activity of economic
 entities. The state must anticipate, plan, organize economic activity of subjects and monitor its effective
 implementation.
 The author shows that for achieving Ukraine stable growth trend is the theoretical development of the evaluation
 system and analysis of cyclicality in the economy, methodological support research market conditions and the
 development of effective strategies to counter-cyclical regulation.
 The author has developed a conceptual diagram of the control mechanism of socio-economic system. The
 conclusions about the need for special integrated programs that will help overcome a wide range of problems
 arising from the economic crisis.
