В данной статье рассматриваются особенности мотивации и стимулирования персонала для эффективной деятельности, роль и значение процесса стимулирования труда в современных условиях. У даній статті розглядаються особливості мотивації та стимулювання персоналу для ефективної діяльності організації, роль та значення процесу стимулювання праці в сучасних умовах. With the development of the new conditions of the company gained their freedom in dealing with some issues of production organization and motivation of employees. To provide broad powers to enterprises in addressing these issues is to create prerequisites for increasing productivity, improving product quality and improving the mechanism of payment, allows interested in the results of their work, as solution to these problems can’t be divorced from addressing incentives and evaluation of employees. This article discusses the features of personnel motivation for effective action, the role and importance of the process of stimulation of work in modern conditions.
