Раскрыта сущность понятия безопасность с разных точек зрения и выделены основные
 элементы ее концептуальной основы. Обоснована системность безопасности; выявлены основные
 элементы системы безопасности; установлены связи между элементами. Розкрито сутність поняття безпеку з різних точок зору і виділені основні елементи її
 концептуальної основи. Обґрунтовано системність безпеки; виявлені основні елементи системи
 безпеки; встановлені зв'язки між елементами. The article reveals the essence of the concept of security from a different perspective. The security
 system is grounded, the main elements of the security system are identified and connections between the elements
 are established. The main approaches to the interpretation of the concepts of "national security" are shown.
 Triad "state-business-people" as the basis of integrated security is isolated, and the importance of the
 relationship of each member of the triad with each other is demonstrated. The balance of production and
 consumption presents, which provides conditional permanent security triad members in the Russian Federation.
 The basic threat to national economic security of the Russian Federation in modern conditions are shown.
