Стаття присвячена дослідженню людського капіталу як найбільш важливого ресурсу постіндустріального соціально-економічного розвитку, виявленню його основних складових. Розкриваються загальні підходи к аналізу та оцінки людського капіталу, їх особливості, переваги та недоліки. Статья посвящена исследованию человеческого капитала как наиболее важного ресурса постиндустриального социально-экономического развития, выявлению его основных составляющих. Раскрываются общие подходы к анализу и оценке человеческого капитала, их особенности, преимущества и недостатки. Developed countries have moved to a new way of social and economic development, in which the human factor began to play a big role. Human capital is inextricably linked to the human personality, is one of the forms of organization of personal potential. Human capital formation is a natural result of the post-industrial transformation. The main components of human capital determines the economic development of the intellectual capital, educational capital and health capital. Currently, human capital is a key element of competitiveness at both the state and its regions and individual enterprises. The article investigates the human capital as the most important resource of post-industrial socio-economic development, identifying its main components. Revealed a common approach to the analysis and evaluation of human capital, their features, advantages and disadvantages.
