Cestode Rhinebothrium walga (Shipley et Hornell, 1906) from Dasyatis pastinaca was found in the Black Sea for the fist time. Description of morphology and development of the generative system are given. Comparative analysis of the taxo- mically important morphology characteristics of R. walga from D. pastinaca in the Black and Mediterranean Seas is given.
