В 11 обследованных озерах обитают 4 вида каланоид двух семейств — Diaptomidae и Temoridae: Eudiaptomus gracilis (Sars), E. graciloides (Lill.), E. coeruleus (Fisch.) и Heterocope appendiculata Sars. Обнаружение последнего вида подтверждает принадлежность Шацких озер к Балтийской провинции Северо-Европейской надпровинции. Представлено иллюстрированное переописание H. appendiculata. Обсуждаются новые морфологические признаки V торакальной пары ног самки и самца. 4 species of two families of Calanoida (Diaptomidae and Temoridae) were found in the 11 lakes: Eudiaptomus gracilis (Sars), E. graciloides (Lill.) E. coeruleus (Fisch.) and Heterocope appendiculata Sars. The last records confirm belonging the Shatski Lakes to the Baltic Province of the North-European superprovince. The illustrated redescription of the H. appendiculata is given. New morphological characters of female's and male's V thoracal legs are discussed.
