Ðóêîïèñü íå äîëæíà íàõîäèòüñÿ íà ðàññìîòðåíèè ê ïóáëèêàöèè â äðóãîì èçäàòåëüñòâå. 1. Ðóêîïèñü ïðåäñòàâëÿåòñÿ â 2-õ ýêçåìïëÿðàõ íà îäíîì èç òðåõ ÿçûêîâ: óêðàèíñêîì, ðóññêîì èëè àíãëèéñêîì. Æåëàòåëüíî ïîäãîòîâèòü ýëåêò- ðîííûé âàðèàíò ðóêîïèñè íà äèñêåòå èëè íàïðà- âèòü ïî E-mail. 2. Ñòàòüÿ äîëæíà èìåòü íàïðàâëåíèå îò ó÷ðåæ- äåíèÿ, ãäå âûïîëíåíà ðàáîòà, è ðàçðåøåíèå íà åå îòêðûòîå îïóáëèêîâàíèå (äëÿ ãðàæäàí Óêðà- èíû). 3. Ïîñëåäîâàòåëüíîñòü ðàçìåùåíèÿ ìàòåðèàëà ñòàòüè: èíäåêñ ïî óíèâåðñàëüíîé äåñÿòè÷íîé êëàññèôèêàöèè (ÓÄÊ), íàçâàíèå ñòàòüè, èíèöèàëû è ôàìèëèÿ àâòîðà(îâ), ïîëíûå ïî÷òîâûå àäðåñà ó÷ðåæäåíèé, â êîòîðûõ âûïîëíåíà ðàáîòà, àí- íîòàöèÿ, òåêñò, ñïèñîê öèòèðóåìîé ëèòåðàòóðû, íàáîð èëëþñòðàöèé, ïîäïèñè ê ðèñóíêàì è òàáëèöàì. 4. Àííîòàöèÿ è íàçâàíèå ñòàòüè ïîäàþòñÿ íà óê- ðàèíñêîì (äëÿ ãðàæäàí Óêðàèíû), ðóññêîì (äëÿ ãðàæäàí ÑÍÃ) è àíãëèéñêîì (äëÿ ãðàæäàí âñåõ ñòðàí) ÿçûêàõ. Îáúåì àííîòàöèè íå ïðåâûøàåò 100 ñëîâ. 5. Òåêñò ñòàòüè æåëàòåëüíî ñòðóêòóðèðîâàòü ðàç- äåëàìè: Ââåäåíèå, êðàòêî ôîðìóëèðóþùåå ïðåä- èñòîðèþ ïðîáëåìû è öåëü äàííîãî èññëåäîâàíèÿ. Îñíîâíàÿ ÷àñòü ñòàòüè, ñîäåðæàùàÿ ïîñòàíîâêó çàäà÷è, ýêñïåðèìåíòàëüíîå è/èëè òåîðåòè÷åñêîå îïèñàíèå èññëåäîâàíèé. Çàêëþ÷åíèå, â êîòîðîì ïðèâîäÿòñÿ ðåçóëüòàòû ïðîâåäåííûõ èññëåäî- âàíèé, âûâîäû, ïåðñïåêòèâû ðàçâèòèÿ èññëåäî- âàíèé è èõ âîçìîæíûå ïðèìåíåíèÿ. 6. Ïîëíûé îáúåì îáçîðíîé ñòàòüè íå äîëæåí ïðå- âûøàòü 60-òè ñòðàíèö, ñòàòüè – 20 ñòðàíèö, êðàò- êîãî ñîîáùåíèÿ – 5-òè ñòðàíèö. 7. Âñå ôèçè÷åñêèå âåëè÷èíû ñëåäóåò ïðåäñòàâ- ëÿòü â åäèíèöàõ ñèñòåìû ÑÈ. 8. Òðåáîâàíèÿ ê îôîðìëåíèþ ñòàòüè. Ïàðàìåòðû ñòðàíèöû ðóêîïèñè: Ôîðìàò ñòðàíèöû – À4 (210õ297 ìì). Ïîëÿ: ñïðàâà – 10 ìì, îñòàëüíûå 20 ìì. Øðèôò Times New Roman (Cyr), ìåæäó- ñòðî÷íûé èíòåðâàë – ïîëóòîðíûé. Íàçâàíèå ñòà- òüè, íàáèðàþòñÿ øðèôòîì ðàçìåðîì – 14 pt. Àâòîðû, òåêñò ñòàòüè, ôîðìóëû, ëèòåðàòóðà, ïîä- ïèñè ê ðèñóíêàì è òàáëèöàì – 12 pt, àííîòàöèÿ – 10 pt. 9. Ýëåêòðîííàÿ âåðñèÿ ñòàòüè ïðåäñòàâëÿåòñÿ íà îòäåëüíîé äèñêåòå (3,5“), ïîäãîòîâëåííîé â ôîð- ìàòå Microsoft Word (âåðñèè 6.0 – 8.0). Äëÿ çàïèñè ôîðìóë ñëåäóåò èñïîëüçîâàòü âñòðîåííûé ðå- äàêòîð Microsoft Equation 3.0 ñ ïàðàìåòðàìè: ïå- ðåìåííàÿ –10 ïò, èíäåêñ, íàä- è ïîäèíäåêñû – 6ïò, îñíîâíîé ìàòåìàòè÷åñêèé ñèìâîë – 12 ïò. Ôîðìàò ïåðåìåííûõ (æåëàòåëüíî êóðñèâîì, ãðå- ÷åñêèå ñèìâîëû – ïðÿìûå) â òåêñòå è ôîðìóëàõ äîëæåí áûòü èäåíòè÷íûì. 10. Ýëåêòðîííûé âàðèàíò èëëþñòðàöèé ïðåäñòàâ- ëÿåòñÿ â îòäåëüíûõ ôàéëàõ â îäíîì èç ñëåäóþ- ùèõ ôîðìàòîâ: tif, bmp, cdr 1-áèòîâûå èëè 8-áèòî- âûå ñ ãðàäàöèåé ñåðîãî, ïîèìåíîâàííûå ôàìè- ëèåé àâòîðà. Îáúåì ôàéëà, ïåðåäàâàåìîãî ïî E-mail íå äîëæåí ïðåâûøàòü 1 Ìá. 11. Èëëþñòðàöèè ê ðóêîïèñè (ðèñóíêè è òàáëèöû) àêêóðàòíî âûïîëíåíû íà áåëîé áóìàãå èëè ïðåä- ñòàâëåíû â âèäå ôîòîãðàôèé. Èõ ðàçìåðû íå äîëæíû ïðåâûøàòü ôîðìàò À4. Íà îáîðîòíîé ñòîðîíå êàæäîé èëëþñòðàöèè óêàçûâàåòñÿ åå ïîðÿäêîâûé íîìåð, ïîäðèñóíî÷íàÿ íàäïèñü è ôàìèëèÿ ïåðâîãî àâòîðà. 12. Ïåðå÷åíü ññûëîê ïîäàåòñÿ ÿçûêîì îðèãèíàëà, ñîñòàâëÿåòñÿ â ïîðÿäêå óïîìèíàíèÿ â òåêñòå è â ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñ òðåáîâàíèÿìè ÂÀÊ Óêðàèíû íà áèáëèîãðàôè÷åñêîå îïèñàíèå (ñì. ïðèëîæåíèå). 13. Ñòàòüÿ ïîäïèñûâàåòñÿ âñåìè àâòîðàìè. Àâ- òîðû ñîîáùàþò î ñåáå ñëåäóþùèå ñâåäåíèÿ: Ôà- ìèëèþ, èìÿ, îò÷åñòâî, ñëóæåáíûé è äîìàøíèé àäðåñà, òåëåôîí, ôàêñ, Å-mail, óêàçûâàþò ñ êåì èç àâòîðîâ ïðåäïî÷òèòåëüíî âåñòè ïåðåïèñêó. The manuscript must not be considered elsewhere for publication. Only for the citizens of Ukraine the article should have a direction from the institution, where the work was made, and sanction to its open publication. The journal publishes reviews, original articles and brief reports. The length of the review article should not in general exceed 60000 words, original article – 15000 words and brief report – 5000 words. The paper is signed by all the authors. The authors inform about: surname, name, patronymic, office and home addresses, tel./fax, E-mail and indicate the corresponding author. The manuscript is represented in two hard copies in one of three languages: Ukrainian, Russian or English. It is desirable to prepare the manuscript in English and its electronic version on diskette or to send it by E-mail. The paper copies should be prepared with ses- quialteral line spacing and wide margins, on numbered sheets. The format of page is A4 (210x297 mm). The font is Times New Roman (Cyr). Abstract. Abstract is represented in two languages: English and the paper language. Abstract is submitted in Ukrainian for the citizens of Ukraine. The length of Abstract does not exceed 100 words. Main text. It is desirable to divide the Main text in the following sections: 1) Introduction. 2) Main part (Theoretical methods. Experimental details. Results. Discussion.). 3) Conclusion. References. References should be numbered con- secutively (in square brackets) through out the text and listed by number in the reference list. Listed refe- rences should be complete in all details including ar- ticle titles. Please refer to the first issue of the journal or see: http://www.univer.kharkov.ua, Appendix for examples. Illustration. Illustrations are submitted in two copies. Illustrations should be prepared on white paper or can be photographs. The line drawing should be prepared in black Indian ink. The photographs should be originals with somewhat more contrast than is required in the printer version. The size of illustrations should not exceed the A4 format. Electronic version. The electronic version of the article is represented in the format of Microsoft Word. It is desirable to use the editor of Microsoft Equation 3.0 for printing mathematical equations and formulae. The electronic form of the illustrations is represented in graphics files: tif, bmp, cdr – 1 bit, for the microphotographs – 8 bit with a grey gradation named by the surname of the author on a diskette or via e-mail. The size of one e-mail file should not exceed 1 MB. The electronic form of illustration (in graphic files) should be kept separately from the text files. The graphic files must be prepared with reso- lution 300 dpi and above. Please write to the Publisher for details.
