Структура и свойства покрытий из ZnO
В работе представлен небольшой обзор результатов по исследованию покрытий из ZnO. С
 помощью метода рентгено-фазового анализа (дифрактометра ДРОН-2,0 в Сu-kα излучении),
 измерений оптической проницаемости, оптического поглощения (спектрофотометр ENGLAND
 (1000SERIES≡ CECIL 1...
