Спектральные свойства М-n⁺CdS-nCdSхTe1-х-pZnхCd1-хTe-Mо-структуры для инжекционного фотоприемника
На основе соединений A²B⁶ создана пленочная In-n⁺(CdS)-n(CdSx Te1-x)-p(Znx Cd1-xTe)-Mo-структура фоточувствительная в диапазоне длин волн λ = 0,49–0,855 мкм при комнатных температурах. Новизной в устройстве является наличие твердых растворов соединений A²B⁶, что позволяет расширить диапазон...
