Ethical aspects of the evolution of mankind regarded as a particular form of Intelligence and its interaction with other highly organized natural and artificial systems are treated from the stand-point of the principles of metaethics. Perspectives of humanitarian cybernetics are discussed, further researches into metaethics as the foundations of metalaw being considered a first priority. Обґрунтовується актуальність розробленого автором нового наукового напряму — гуманітарної кібернетики, особливістю якого є поєднання кібернетичної методології з гуманітарністю цілей та завдань. З позиції принципів метаетики розглядаються етичні аспекти розвитку людства як однієї з форм прояву Розуму та його взаємодії з іншими природними і штучними високоорганізованими системами. Обговорюються перспективи майбутніх досліджень в галузі гуманітарної кібернетики, обґрунтовується необхідність подальшої розробки принципів метаетики як засад метаправа.
