Наголошено на тому, що введення термінів до побутового обігу сприяє підвищенню загального рівня освіченості суспільства і є яскравим проявом поступальної ходи наукового та культурного прогресу людської цивілізації. Такі терміни, як правило, проникають у різні національні культури, перетворюючись на загальноцивілізаційні, і тим самим виконують інтегративну функцію.
