The results of our investigations of biological radiation effects on animals and humans caused by radionuclides produced during Chernobyl NPP accident are reviewed. Radiogenic changes of hematopoietic, immune and reproductive systems are discussed. An increase of disease incidence and tumor pathology as well as shortening of life span of animals are also considered. Increase of sickness rate as by separate disease classes as by nosologic forms and other radiation exposure consequences are discovered in people suffered from Chornobyl accident. Наведено огляд результатів досліджень виникнення негативних наслідків у тварин та людини, індукованих радіонуклідами аварійного викиду на ЧАЕС. Обгово рюються радіогенні порушення кровотворної, імунної, репродуктивної систем організму, зростання загально соматичних захворювань, рання загибель, збільшення кількості пухлин та скорочення тривалості життя у тварин. В осіб, потерпілих від Чорнобильської аварії, виявлено підвищення захворюваності за окремими класами хвороб і нозологічними формами та інші на слідки опромінення.
