The authors propose concrete action items oriented on minimization of global warming consequence negative impact, evaluate the forecasts of cli mate changes in Ukraine, highlighting the phenomena of aridization and humidification. Аналізуються проблеми зміни клімату у глобальному і регіональному вимірах, реакції на ці процеси біоти, еко логічні та економічні наслідки сучасних кліматичних ме таморфоз для населення Землі та окремих її регіонів. Автори пропонують конкретні заходи, спрямовані на мінімізацію негативного впливу глобального потеплі ння, оцінюють прогнози кліматичних змін в Україні, акцентуючи на явищах аридизації та гумідифікації.
