Visnyk of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine| Резюме: | In the paper an urgent need of a new approach to the problem of tolerance based on the theoretical model of this phenomenon is argued and substantiated. The model of Tolerance as a Universal Category of Intelligence devised on the basis of the cybernetic theory of Intelligent Systems of a certain class (Mankind being a particular case of it) with its integral part — Metaethic permits to reveal Metacriminal Antitolerance of Soviet totalitarianism as well as to suggest exact methods of experimental studies of the innermost mechanism of Tolerance, the results of which are to be used to create “Tolerance Dimension” in Ukrainian society. It is on the grounds of Metaethic that Metatolerance approach to “Tolerance Dimension” on a world scale is proposed. Moral right of Ukraine to take part in its realization and moral duty of Ukraine to take the lead in this process are maintained. |
