| description | Foundry production, as an integral part of the industrial complex, the products of which are almost irreplaceable, fully corresponds to the main trends of the future revival and development of the industrial sector of the Ukrainian economy. Thelatest industrial strategies involve moving away from the agrarian-raw material model to creating modern, high-tech,  nowledge-intensive production. The integration of foundry production into future transformative economic processes will require foundry experts to have a strategic vision of the basic principles of structural and production transformations. This is, first of all, an assessment of the state of the industrial complex of Ukraine, which has been formed over the past decades, an introduction to the basic concepts of industrial development, the importance of science in supporting and forming the basis for future changes, and the special role of a new institutionally capable industrial policy in implementing the industrial development strategy. It is emphasized that the future economic model is an innovative model that will require foundries to create their own innovative industry system, taking into account the specifics of foundry production and accumulated knowledge and experience. The strategic vision of attracting investment resources to the industry should be based on a system of development and implementation of scientific and production projects as one of the main sources of forming industry priorities and implementing and adjusting development plans. |

Ливарне виробництво, як невід’ємна складова індустріального комплексу, продукція якого майже не підлягає заміщенню, цілком відповідає основним тенденціям майбутнього відродження і розвитку промислового сектора Української економіки. Новітні промислові стратегії передбачають відхід від аграрно-сировинної моделі та створення сучасного високотехнологічного наукоємного виробництва, заснованого на знаннях. Інтеграція ливарного виробництва у майбутні трансформативні економічні процеси потребуватиме від експертів-ливарників стратегічного бачення базових засад структурно-виробничих перетворень. Це, насамперед, оцінка стану промислового комплексу України, котрий формувався протягом останніх десятиріч, знайомство із основними концепціями індустріального розвитку, значення науки у підтримці і формуванні базису майбутніх змін та особливої ролі нової інституційно-спроможної промислової політики в реалізації стратегії промислового розвитку. Підкреслюється, що майбутня модель економіки — це модель інноваційного типу, що потребуватиме від ливарників створення власної інноваційної галузевої системи, із врахуванням специфіки ливарного виробництва і накопиченими знаннями та досвідом. Стратегічне бачення залучення інвестиційних ресурсів в галузь повинно ґрунтуватись на системі розробок та впровадження науково-виробничих проєктів як одного із основних джерел формування галузевих пріоритетів та реалізації і корегування планів розвитку.
