Metal and Casting of Ukraine| Резюме: | The article is devoted to determining the influence of some types of secondary resources on the quality of the agglomerate, its chemical composition and properties, as well as on the course of the blast furnace process when using such an agglomerate, including in combination with the use of pulverized coal (PC).
The results of performed calculation-analytical, laboratory and industrial studies of the influence of sinter composition on the features of sinter production technology, as well as the use of such sinter in combination with the use of PC on the results of technology and parameters of cast iron are presented.
The influence of the introduction of secondary materials into the sintering charge on the indicators of experimental sintering of the sinter was experimentally investigated on the example of the introduction of the use of sludge and fine dust.
It is shown that the introduction of secondary resources into the sinter charge will reduce the cost of the sinter, but a significant increase in their content can lead to deterioration of some characteristics of the finished sinter, as well as increase coke consumption in cast iron smelting equal to 70 kg/t of sinter.
The influence of the ratio of fuel impurities consumption for variants of cast iron smelting technology at the optimal consumption of secondary resources of 70 kg/t of sinter in different ratios of fuel additives is studied. The influence of blast furnace smelting conditions on some of its parameters has been studied.
The balance calculations showed that with the partial replacement of PC with natural gas in the amount of 35 m3/t of cast iron, coke consumption decreased by 35 kg/t of cast iron, which led to a decrease in the cost of cast iron by 2.1 %.
It is shown that the application and development of coke exchange technologies and measures, substantiated expert choice of charge parameters of sinter production, modernization of equipment, allows to maintain a stable thermal and gasdynamic mode of blast furnaces, characterized by temperature stability of cast iron and its chemical composition. |
