Теореми, які стосуються розкладу бінарної функції у ряд Уолша та ряди інших ортонормальних базисів
There have been proved the four theorems, which concern the binary function expansion in the Walsh series and series of other orthonormal bases. Shown, that any binary function may be represented with the finite number of terms of such series.
