The information-structural model of the interaction of biological and technical components of the technology upon which was built a block diagram of information technology monitoring and decision support to determine the health of students.The structure includes technology KOFPZ — channel evaluation of physical performance, KKOD — channel integrated assessment activities KUFZ — control channel physical health, DSS — decision support system, database, knowledge, intelligent interface and more.The structure of each channel to the level of detail module, each of which has its own purpose.
