The paper examines the demonstration of NILabView capabilities for building virtual medical devices and, as an example, the construction ofan algorithm that allows clustering of ejaculate image fragments (spermatozoa) according totheir spectral features and conducting a partial morphological study of sperm. Video processingof the spermogram obtained from the electron microscope takes place in the frame stream. Thenumber of spermatozoa and their geometric parameters are determined on each frame. |
