The k-nearest neighbours method was chosen to create the recommendation system. The main advantage of using the k-nearest neighbours method is the ability to take into account the unique trust rating of each phone number. It is important not only to find phone numbers with a similar rating, but also to take into account the approximate rating. The k-nearest neighbours method allows you to provide recommendations based on the similarity between phone numbers that have received positive feedback from users with similar preferences. Intelligent recommendation systems can provide phone numbers with similar ratings. When a user requests information about a phone number associated with fraudsters, the system instantly offers low-rated phone numbers that are therefore potential fraudsters. У статті розроблено інтелектуальну систему ідентифікації рейтингу довіри користувача, що дозволяє проводити перегляд інформації про контакти, які більше спрямовані на створення довіри до співрозмовника чи надання інформації, що допомагає ідентифікувати тих, хто дзвонить, або того, з ким ми намагаємося зв'язатися. Для створення рекомендаційної системи було обрано метод k-найближчих сусідів. Основною перевагою використання методу k-найближчих сусідів є можливість враховувати унікальний рейтинг довіри до кожного номера телефону. Важливо не лише знайти номери телефонів із подібним рейтингом, але й враховувати приблизний рейтинг. Метод k-найближчих сусідів дозволив забезпечувати рекомендації на основі схожості між номерами телефонів, які отримали позитивні відгуки від користувачів зі схожими вподобаннями. Завдяки інтелектуальній рекомендаційній систем можна надавати номери телефонів із подібним рейтингом. Коли користувач запитує інформацію про номер телефону, пов'язаний з шахраями, система миттєво пропонує номери телефонів із низьким рейтингом, які, відповідно, є потенційними шахраями.
